Each carpet area rug is made-to-order, which is why all carpet area rug and carpet roll sales are final and non-refundable. However, once you place your order, we will contact you via email or phone to confirm the exact dimensions, carpet product, and color before processing your final order.

Lead Time
Each area rug is made to order. Lead times depend on the availability of the carpet and the time to fabricate. Generally, your rug will be ready to ship 4-6 weeks from the order date. You will receive an updated estimated ship date within 2-4 days of your order.

Shipping
Standard shipping is included.

In-stock rugs sized 6' x 9' and smaller arrive via UPS, delivered to your front porch/door. Standard delivery 3-5 business days. (Monday-Friday).

Rugs sized 8x10’ and larger arrive via LTL freight carrier (less than truckload), delivered curbside. LTL shipping takes an average of 5-7 days. (Monday-Friday) Several factors can impact LTL delivery times, including weather, road closures, and traffic. LTL freight offers only best estimates on delivery times.
